mmm.. Umm, I believe that I was able to travel through the vast expansiveness of the universe. I was conscious by the way, while this was happening. Not asleep. Maybe Avril can shard some light on what this could mean.

You were travelling in the Third Eye, as we usually do in the Inner Space process, Ratty.
I know you've been there, but for those who haven't, the colours in this cosmic astral space are indescribable. Imagine halogen blue, that has so many more qualities than just the seemingly opaque blue of the sky. It's colour that's alive and breathing, that flows into you and changes you internally like the infra-red rays of sunlight.
Now imagine all the colours of the rainbow with the same translucent, vibrant nuances. Then there are so many colours we have never seen in the physical world that I have no way of explaining. You feel them as much as see them.
In that space, black is not black but soft and velvety or slick, smooth, swift and resilient. There, red is not red but rich, pulsing, beaming, surrounding, streaked with fingers of gold. It burns but is not hot. Turquoise and green are bouyant, fluid, buffering and healing; purple is deeply restorative and feeds some inner part of us like nourishing food that meets a profound soul need. It feels like home.
Amazing as this experience is - and many practising mediators have it daily in different ways - it's not so important what we are seeing as the fact of seeing it. It means that we are in a space of profound perception and knowingness. When we look at our lives from this space, or at the world, or those we know, or meet vast spiritual beings who impart extraordinary wisdom in a simple exchanged look, we can understand things at a level that would be impossible with our human brains.

How often do you dragon boat race? Are you fit and powerful? If your true love fell out of the boat would you jump in to rescue her or paddle for the gold? How do you make your crust? Does your boat have a name? If so, what is it?

At the moment I train once a week. Becuase it is 'off season' here, Winter. From August I will be training four days a week. Three nights and one Sunday morning.
Nope. That is why I'm doing this form of exercise.
I would jump in to save.. Gold is material possion, love is worth more.
I knead money to make crust. I do this at the university library!!! I'm a book worm of the destructive kind.
No names. As far as I know.

Have you ever torn a page out of a phone book? Have you ever underlined the important parts of a book and then returned it to the library? I hate that. Why are there certain books that can't be checked out? How am I supposed to read them? Is the librarian supposed to read it to me, like at storytime? Do people ever do chalk drawing on the floor at your library? I love that.

Dragrat, how old are you? I always pictured you being around Avril's age. Are you about the same age older or younger?
