I wuz footling around, looking for youtubes of gardens in spring (my garden still sucks at the moment so I wanted Inspiration!) when I came across this fascinating vid of a girl giving a tour of all the stuff in her room. Since I grew up in household dominated by dudes (and my parents room wuz kinda more bookish than girlish), I wuz fascinated by all the stuff gurls apparently collect. Like heaps of jewelry & Rows of fragrances (huge bottles too!) and tons of bags! Why would anyone need 10 bags anyway? And wheres the Dog Bed?
To all the girls on this forum, is your room like this? Accck, also found this Boys Room tour ! Quite a Nascar obsession there, methinks. Hee. And the sistur/brother dynamic is chahming!

I think the girl's room is pretty typical of a high school or college aged girl. I have never seen anyone with so many fragrances!
I only wear one myself a mist not even a perfume. Not to work of course because no scents are allowed at work.
Tyler has taught me over the years how to me more of a minimalist. That is the way I prefer to live now. I try to keep all my surfaces free from clutter (or anything whenever possible). This is because I am severely allergic to dust and it is so much quicker and easier to dust surfaces when there is nothing on them.

P-Lite do you have any snow drops in your garden? The snow drops in our garden are going to start blooming any day now.. Still waiting for the crocus though. They have sprouted but are a long ways from blooming..

You mean galanthus? Yeah, theres clumps here & there, but none are blooming yet. Maybe in a couple of weeks. Theyre so short, one could easily step on them. Someone should breed 16 inchers!

Yup those are what I meant! They do have a few larger varieties though. I can't remember how high they get. I have also seen a summer variety!

I think I will not plant any more galanthus bulbys. Too small & not flashy enough, even though they are sweet. One has to plant thousands of them to make an impression. Instead I planted 300 ugly ranunculus bulbs in October, and I already see leetle bulbs coming out of the crowns. PLANT RANUNCULUS, I SAY! So underrated, compared to the frightfully expensive tulip! You can get 20 blooms out of every hideous tuber!

I did plant some ranunculus last year (if they are what I think they are), and they are still in the ground. We don't remove any bulbs over the winter...
I can't see your image..

Nope I didn't plant any of those. I think they might be called begonia's? I planted hundreds of tulips though,. I was thinking of my poppy like flowers that I think are not poppy's.. I forget what they are called. They are small bulbs that bloom late spring. They come in many colors but ours are hot pink.
