This is Wart. Same-O, Same-O. I Like explosions and big fires.
No tattoos; I just go through a lot of shoes because of the surfaces I usually walk on.
That Hitchens thread might just have been getting too cosmological for Morpho and well, Darkmaster . . . I hope you don't let her in here. She's trying to change her name in MovieVault. Finally realizing, I guess, that her name is synonymous with Bigot.

Hi all, Arch already deleted my inaugural post in which I shared what you are all gasping to know, which is that I have a piercing in each ear and sundry freckles. Good to see good friends here already.

Hmm squashed avatar. Doesn't seem to respond to attempted modifications in the Modify Profile page. Hmm. Oh well. I can stand being a wee bit skinnier.

LMAO. What is this Dragon Boat thing in OZ . . . Does it go on all year? Do you guys compete in the summer races in Hong Kong? YES. Dragon Boat does happen throughout the year. Although there is an off season & on season. Right now, winter, this the off season, so it is a great opportunity for new people to get involved and prepare for the oncoming competitions. Thus far in my club we haven't not achieve or applied to complete at the world championships. At this stage, our main is to win at the state and national finals. Last year, we came fourth in the mens 200m sprint. I invite you to view this youtube video of the 2006 Shanghai Dragon boat competition.. This video would give you some idea what I'm training for, every week. Nice & early in the freezing winter mornings. No as you'll see in the video, its all human [man] power...

Cool vid, Dragrat.
Looks like there was an all girl team too. Is Ngan (Dragrat's housemate) in an all-girl team?

Yes. Woman do domain the sport.. So usually races with be of Woman only and mix... Now I've just realised I was wrong about which event we won last season. I retract that statement regarding winning in the men event..
Another fact of about Dragon boat is a lot of the clubs in Australia are for the surveyors of Breast Cancer. Called Abreast, so naturally this is a all woman's crew.

Dominate, Ratty, women dominate the sport. And I think it's very possibly the survivors of breast cancer rather than surveyors.
It's okay everyone, Ratty has unofficially appointed me his personal pedant and proof reader, since he has lipread from early childhood and lipreading doesn't have built-in spellcheck.
