Utah Canceling 12th Grade?

Due to lack of funds, Utah is thinking of cancelling the 12th grade or at least, making it optional! Uh, like who wouldnt like that?

It won't matter if we don't have 12th grade. At that point, you already know if they will make it in college . . . . if they're interested in college. Best use that money for trade school. For those who want to go to uni, give them an exam.
