I need some help. I am stumped on what to do/ give Tyler for his birthday tomorrow! I have two main ideas but I am unable to choose between them. They are vastly different both in cost and what they are. Here are my idea in no particular order. What do you think? Idea #1 Give Tyler a Roomba vacuum store.irobot.com/family/index.jsp?ab=CMS_IRBT_100909&categoryId=2501652&s=A-UnitRank-IRBT&camp=Google+-+K70&gclid=CNrN5ei04aMCFQsCbAoddSxb5g There are up's and downs to this. Tyler has wanted a Roomba since he first heard about them. However Tyler's condo is for sale (has been for the last 7 months) so he may move to a new place without carpet when it sells (if and when it sells, but then again he may get a rug if he has hardwood). Tyler loves robots, and might just do a blog post on his Roomba if he had one. It would also make cleaning so much easier. Idea number 2 Dinner at a lovely restaurant (one of Nanaimo's finest, a steakhouse grill) a 3d movie and an ice cream cake I know Tyler would like this too, but it is vastly different then my other idea, cheaper and shorter lived. I would be very happy giving him either gift but I just can't decide which one to do..I am running out of time too!!

I vote for the Roomba! I went to that website and it will vacuum rugs and hard wood floors. It's more expensive than I thought it would be. Oof!. If you can afford it I think he would like it.

Why is Tylur selling his condo? Is he poor again? Waaahhhh! Ask yourself this: would he rather have a clean house or a delicious juicy ginormous steak?

Oh. I see. And those are old posts from last year! I guess Ive forgotten. Tell Tylur (if he still remembers us) NOT TO GET A BIG HOUSE! He only needs : 3 bedroom, 2 bath tops, for when you 2 get married. Yahhhhh! And he has to clean this house himself (I guess, buy him the Roomba then.) I have to help clean 2 houses (Pigsnits & the house my dear Papa just deeded over to me) and thats no picnic. Both are 4 bedroom, and since I hate dusts, I am cleaning a lot. Eck. But perhaps Tylur is dirtier than I am.

I've invented a one person house. It's two stories and maximizes yard space for the growing of trees and crops. It's to save the Earth from global warming. It measures 15 x 15 x 25. Anyway, I think Tyler would like these for his birthday. Robotic plants! He needs plants and he likes robots. I also think Tyler would like something like this. ngm.nationalgeographic.com/2010/09/insect-eggs/oeggerli-photographyExcept as a book. Like, a photo book of insect eggs and bugs full of close up photos.

Wheres the picture of your one person house? How big will the kitchun & the loo be? Those plants drive me crazy, theyre so slow! The sunflower is pretty though. A one-person house in Japan. Waaahhh! A little too plain for me (where shall my footman live?) but vereeeee interesting!

Whoah--that's a really well made video of the house. Tyler should make one of his condo and post it on his blog. Because he gets a lot of traffic, people can talk about his place and maybe someone in Canada will contact him. You know, 7 months is a long time for a place to be on sale. Is his house overpriced. Does he have comps of similar condos. Has he cleaned up his place? Does he have a realtor? Maybe he needs an open house.

As far as getting him a present, I think the best thing is to help him sell the house. If you have the time, clean the place up and hold an open house. Make it look attractive to buyers. Watch HGTV a lot. Put your condo on YouTube and then we will tell you what needs to be done! I watch a lot of House TV stuff! haha.
This will be the gift that keeps on giving.

ME TOO! I love watching house videos! Im So NOSEY! The thing wid Tylurs place is that its not really all that furnished. The only thing he paid attention to is his computer setup and maybe his kitchun. I dont even know if he has curtains! He has an ugly couch though. Anyhoo, it cant really be that dirty, if theres hardly anything innit.

I think Tyler should make a walk through video too! That's a great idea to sell his condo! Oops, I forgot to plan for the fridge and washing machine in my one person house.

When Tyler's condo is clean (for viewings and sometimes other times) it's sparkling clean. I already help him with cleaning often. The problem with selling his condo is that their are 9 other units in his building also for sale. He was the first one to list though. He is fairly priced (one of the cheapest) and has done two price reductions since he originally listed. The real estate market is dead here unfortunately.

9 other units for sale at the same time? Uh oh. It will take years to sell that thing then. Whuts wrong wid that place that 10 peoples want to sell their condos? Unfortunately, thats whut buyers will be asking. PS. Like Frito says, a personally narrated YouTube video of his home should definitely be an advantage. Encourage Tyler in this.

People are unhappy with Strata wasting their money. Strata fees are high too.
