I was going to make a video, cause the internet loves that kind of thing, but I didn't. I had been holding it in since I was at the library so I didn't have time to set up the camera. Maybe tomorrow. lol. Frito grabs her cheese popcorn!

Who's a monster? Me? You're the one who said pee cures athlete's foot in one of these threads. I'm just following your advice like I always do. For dinner I had three tacos and a fruit punch. Now I regret it. I can feel the extra pounds. Bleh~ Tomorrow I will have to go for a long bike ride to burn this stuff off. The tacos weren't even that good. Watched The Sorcerer's Apprentice tonight. I kind of liked it. Nic Cage wasn't himself. In this movie he plays the straight man. I also like the homages to Fantasia.

Have you ever created a real monster? Like maybe you had one imprisoned in an urn and the cats knocked it over? How many times have you saved the Earth from destruction by dark forces? If I visit you will your home be like the house in 13 Ghosts? Heh.

Hahaha~ I peed three times today but no video. Brekkers: Cereal in skim milk Snacks: Two peanut butter burritos Din Din: Small bowl of spaghetti Snack: Kit Kat candy Water all day + 1 fruit beverage. Yeah, not too healthy today. I also reached the nutrition chapter in The Complete Bike Book but had to stop there because a storm knocked out the electricity and I can't read in the dark. Skimmed the training chapter and it looks like I can be fit in 4 months. I'm going to give it a try but I need more discipline in this nutrition thing. Went for a test bike ride. 45 minutes. My heart rate didn't get high enough for the first step in training. Hmm... interesting. At the end of two months I should be going on 2 hour bike rides, which is what I do now. I may already be at an intermediate fitness level and not know it. At the end of four months I should be going on four hour bike rides. I can't imagine that. Tomorrow is another bike in movie downtown. I'm going to try to go. 9 miles round trip.

It's raining cats and frogs today. Should I go for a bike ride? Do a bicycle's rubber tires protect me from lightning? I think the bike in movie will be canceled but I could go to the used book store. I have a ton of credit slips I haven't turned in. Hmm..

Won't you run over tadpoles and kittles if you ride in the rain? Do you have a humungous wet weather poncho to cover your bod while cycling in the wet? Do you wear bicycle clips on your jeans or do you wear svelte second-skin bicycle wear?

Oh! Bicycle clips! Who invented that? That's what I need. I ride in street clothes like they do in Copenhagen. I went downtown yesterday and tried to keep my heart rate in the target zone for fitness. I haven't started the training routine. I'll start this Monday because it starts on a Monday. It's a weekly schedule thing. Strangely, I had to slow down. It was easier than my normal ride but my legs are still a bit DOMMY today. Which reminds me, why don't hearts get DOMS? A heart is a muscle, shouldn't it get DOMS too? I'm glad it doesn't. Today I bought plain bagels for the carbs. Honey wheat flavor. Starting Monday I am going to eat properly and follow the training schedule. I want to get into the habit of having good habits so I'm going to follow the instructions to the letter. I think the training will be too easy, but that's okay with me because I am lazy. Oh, I think my legs have DOMS because I rode the entire way there and back in high gear which makes it harder to pedal. I did that to build muscle in my legs. 9 miles round trip. 14.4 Km I think. I am also trying to learn the kilometer system. This morning I rode to work and back in low gear, which makes it easy to pedal. This aids in recovery. I cheated and peeked at the training schedule. A hard workout should be followed by an easy one the next day. Brekkers, cereal in skim milk Snack, two chocolate pumpkin cookies. So bad for me! Snack, honey wheat bagel, plain Dinner, nothing yet Beverages, water
