Uhm.. I forgot what I was going to post.
Oh, I remember! Can you teach me how to have a prophetic dream? I want to see what the future is like. Did I survive the apocalypse?

Umm. I wouldn't believe anyone could 'teach' you how to have a prophetic dream. Although I hear rumours that what you eat or drink before you sleep can have some affect on your dreams.

Actually you can learn it in steps.
The first is to learn to do lucid dreaming by giving yourself a suggestion just before you go to sleep to remember your dreams, and have beside your bed a pen and paper to record it immediately on waking. Don't put off writing it down, do not go to the loo first. It's a training to remember. Eventually it takes you further than just the details of the dream or travelling experience to an understanding on a profound level of dream symbolism and dream messengers.
There is a part of our brains that is scared stiff by seeing the future, and this can prevent prescient sight. We need to be able to deal with our own fear and uncertainty and other normal reactions, before we can responsibly handle what we might see.

Aw dang. I just had a nap. I wish I would have read your post first. I would have told myself to have a lucid dream starring Frodo as me. Today I started my bike training. On Monday I am supposed to Rest. Tomorrow I should go on a 45 minute ride over flat roads. In reality, I already rode my bike 1 mile round trip to the bank and back. I had to cash my paycheck. 1.6 Km. I think it took 10 minutes to get there. I rode really slow so as not to use any muscles. Oh, that reminds me, I need to pump up my bike tires. Brekkers, Cereal in skim milk. I mixed two different kinds of cereal because one ran out. Snack, banana Lunch, Turkey sandwich Snack, 6 graham crackers. Has everyone heard of graham crackers? They are not as thick as they look in this picture. It's a close up. Dinner, turkey sandwich I may have another banana for my next snack because I am hungry right now.

Looks more like Melba toast than Graham crackers . . . so thick! Or I could be just a cheapskate.

Hey FrogRays, you have Blu-ray, yes?
Someone just sent Wombat a Blu-Ray video of Shutter Island as a prize. We don't have Blu-ray. Is there anything we can play it on?

Do you have a Playstation 3? Do you and Wombat play video games? I dunno. You might. I didn't know you were a clown till just now.
If you don't then do you have a BD-Rom in your computer? Lots of newer computers do these days. Computer, blu-ray player, or Playstation 3 will play blu-rays. If the blu-ray has a digital copy on it you can play the digital copy on your iPod or iPad. I don't know how though. Tanya is the pro of iTunes. Whenever I want a movie on my iPod it ask her to put it on there and she does it for me. Somehow you use iTunes to copy the digital copy of the movie on to your iPod.
When I go to work today I will take a look at the Shutter Island blu-ray and see if I can figure anything out.
Btw, I did the lucid dream thing last night and I remembered my dream this morning. Sadly, the part of me wasn't played by Frodo. I didn't see my face at all.

Thanks! No Playstation 3, but I have iTunes on my MacBook, which is over two years old now. Probably too old, yeah? We will try.

Hey, I just typoed in my last post and called myself "it." Is that bad? Heh. I'm not telling you about my lucid dream because Christina Applegate was in it and she wore a blue velvet dress. I don't know what that means but I'm sure it will reveal some embarrassing fetish I have toward strawberry shortcakes.

Yes, I am trying to eat healthy but it's hard. I don't think I am eating enough food, but I'm not super skinny and I feel healthier than I have in a long time. Today I worked and rode my bike there. On the way home I sprinted like I was supposed to in training. Later in the day I sprinted again on the way to pay the cable bill. All together I rode my bike for 45 minutes, but not all at one time, and I was supposed to sprint three times, not two. I don't know how I am going to bike train on Tuesdays since I work all day. I will have to figure something out. Hmm... Tomorrow I should go for a 1 hour bike ride over rolling terrain but where can I go? Downtown is 45 minutes each way and that's where I need to go. I need to find someplace to ride.

Just came home from my training and I discovered I don't know anything about heart rates. I was supposed to ride for 1 hour at 70% of my max heart rate. Instead I rode at 80%. Does than mean I received the benefits of training at the lower heart rates as well, or no? I kept slowing down to lower my heart rate but I couldn't do it. I don't sweat unless I'm at the 80% level. 70% is so slow it's like casual riding. Tomorrow another 45 minute day with three 1 minute sprints.
