Thanks for the videos Sunfrog. I'll try them in my next workout. I like I will like the plank. I don't know how the mountain climber will go, I don't have the best knees..

I do all those every day! Prone hold on the hands, or on the balance ball, or mountain climber on the floor. GREAT for the core!

It's cold and rainy out today. Monsoon season has started (well its technically not monsoon we just call it that).
I think I might have an afternoon mug of either peppermint tea or hot chocolate...

I'm feeling a bit under the weather today, I hope it passes soon..
By the way I did try those exercises. The planks were much harder to do then imagined. I only did the elbow ones.
I also tried the mountain climber. It was okay for my knees, but I don't know how fond of it I am.
I might just stick with the planks for my usual workout now (for abs, and sit ups when I am able to tolerate them), with other things.

Sorry to hear you're not well, Shoey.
I love planks. Try one on an exercise ball for 30 seconds and build up to 60 seconds. On your toes or on your knees to start if necessary.
Crunches are just as good for abs as sit ups, with the advantage of not straining your back...

I had a minor accident with the cheese grater today. I was putting away the dishes after I made lunch, and I went to put away the plates (they go on a high shelf), the cheese grater was right in front of me. I knocked it over with my arms some how and tried to catch it (why I don't know), and grated my wrist!! Eik! It hardly bled but here was so many scratches on it. It was soooooooo painful though when it happened. I iced it until it felt numb, and now the pain is gone, even long after it was finished being iced.
Lesson learned don't put dishes away when there is clutter on the counter and you are sleepy.

Is a cheese grater a big box like thing? How did you grate yourself with that? I usually only grate my knuckles.

The cheese grater that I hurt myself with was kind of box like... I don't know how I did it, it happened so fast.

Yes. I feel those pains are dragon boat. I feel stiff sometimes in the mornings.. I feel good after a slow warm up of my legs.. Nothing major, just some easy stretches..

Hey Shoey, do mushrooms get rotten? I had some in the fridge I forgot about. I think I am going to make spaghetti tonight to get rid of them but I don't want to poison anyone.

Hey Shoey, Do you know any recipes for peanut butter? Not with peanut butter in them, for grinding your own peanuts and making peanut butter. I was at the healthy store the other day and saw a sign that said "Grind your own peanut butter." Then there was a machine there that looked like a coffee grinder except for peanuts. I guess you put the peanuts in and grind them like coffee. I think I will add cinnamon and honey to my peanuts but that's just a guess. Do you know of any recipes for making tasty peanut butters? I tried Google but it didn't help me. I must not be Goolging the right thing.

I have never made peanut butter before.. The kind I get is called just peanuts, and only has peanuts in it nothing else...It must be kept in the fridge though because with no preservatives it would spoil to fast if not in the fridge.
Mushrooms can rot like other vegetables... spaghetti is a good idea..
